What we collect

When you send a form on this site we receive what you type in it: your name, company, email, phone number, order volume, sales platform and any message. Job applications also include the resume you attach. When you call our business line, the call may be answered by an automated assistant and logged so our team can follow up.

Like most websites, we also collect technical data automatically: pages viewed, device and browser type, and, if you arrived from one of our Google ads, the ad click identifier.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your request, prepare a quote, contact you about our services, review job applications, and measure which of our ads and pages bring in inquiries. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and advertising

This site uses Google tags to measure ad performance and to show our ads to people who visited the site. Google reCAPTCHA protects our forms from spam. You can limit ad personalization at adssettings.google.com and clear or block cookies in your browser settings.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that run this site and our lead handling, such as our website host, form and spreadsheet tools, phone service, and Google's advertising and spam protection services, or when the law requires it.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry records as long as they are useful for the business relationship or required by law. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email ops@shipktx.com.
